- I am a licensed California Real Estate Broker based in the San Gabriel Valley area, and I am an active member of several committees at the West San Gabriel Association of Realtors. Since 1985, I have worked as a realtor for several companies including Mandarin Realty in Monterey Park, CA. For the past fourteen years as a licensed Broker, I have been working independently under my own company, Sandy Saijo Realty Inc.
